With the continued growth in EV vehicles and the drive to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels, Lydon Contracting has been involved in the development and expansion of the EV charging network for several years. Our works range from charging points at private houses/business premises to major charging hubs for public transport networks. Since 2020 we have been involved in 20+ different schemes across the country which has seen the installation of 500+ charging points with a pipeline of schemes still to deliver.
We have built a strong reputation of being the go-to civils contractor for the installation of EV charging infrastructure in the transport sector working with major transport operators across the country including Stagecoach, Metroline, Centrebus, Newport Transport and National Express to name a few.
